Abstract :
A 10 inch zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowire cold cathode was fabricated by screen printing zinc powder on ITO coated glass substrate and thermal oxidation in box furnace. The field emission characteristics and uniformity were investigated. The result shows that ZnO cathode is promising for lighting application.
