Abstract :
A ceramic antenna array is studied and developed, to manufacture a high performance millimeter wave unit. This antenna array which is made up of new radiating elements and new feeding lines named laminated waveguides, can be manufactured using co-firing ceramic lamination technology. Furthermore, this antenna has high performance at 77 GHz. Using this antenna array, a package with an antenna is easily designed.
