Abstract :
An increased interest for thermotherapy using microwaves has been observed in the last decade. This paper describes a new generation of applicators designed for endocavitary thermotherapy. The possibility of improving the efficiency of the previous applicators is clearly focused by the theoretical results which are presented and verified by experimental measurements.
