Abstract
A novel inverter output filter based on DC magnetic flux controllable inductor can change its inductance according to different working states of AC variable frequency speed regulating control system, appropriately by adjusting the power applied on the inductor DC control coils. A better filtering effect and better electrical driving effect thus can be achieved. The unique structure inductor has advantages of simple configuration, less harmonic, relative less response time .It also can run continuously and has larger regulating range, etc. Applying harmonic suppression winding of control side can reduce the harmonic, and the inductor is easier to control. The characteristics of structure and control, the effect of harmonic suppression are mentioned. The effect of AC variable frequency speed regulating control system which applying the adjustable inverter output filter is also discussed. And the experimental results are given.
