Abstract :
It is proposed that a kind of new electric machine with double rotor applied to hybrid electric vehicle system in this paper. It consists of a cup-type rotor, a permanent magnetic rotor and a stator. The mathematical model equations of the double-rotor motor based on the structure of this motor are deduced, and verified by the numerical simulation as well. Then two kinds of working states of this motor in hybrid electric vehicle system are discussed, and the simulating waveform results are shown. It provides a theoretical foundation for the research of control strategy of this hybrid electric vehicle system with double-rotor motor in future.
