Abstract
A pair of electrically conductive carbonized foam pads can be used as the magnet wire contact electrode for direct current, high voltage continuity testing. The effects of different electrode configurations on DC HVC results of a magnet wire sample from each of the various size ranges are investigated. The variables critical to the carbonized foam electrode performance are under study for presentation at the 1993 E/EIC
