Abstract :
TRIZ is a theory system applied to solve innovation problems. In the paper, it is employed in express industry. Based on the status of China´s private express companies, the deficiencies existing in them are summarized into four aspects. With the employment of conflict matrix and innovation principles of TRIZ theory, the conflicts in these deficiencies are deeply analyzed. Besides, the material-field analysis model theory of TRIZ theory is employed to analyze the interaction among national express companies, international express giants and private express companies. Then the solutions to these deficiencies are found out according to the TRIZ theory. At last, a range of strategic innovation ideas are presented for the private express companies.
