Abstract :
This paper is dedicated to the formal definition of a dynamical system controlled by a digital device. Starting from general considerations, we introduce the “natural” state space and turn then to its simplification using mathematical arguments. Finally we relate this state space to the common real space and show how the digital system theory proposed here encompasses the usual control theory
