Abstract :
An evolution of an electromagnetic signal in a half-restricted plasma that comes into being at zero moment of time and then is expanded in a waveguide is considered. The homogeneous cold plasma is restricted at one side by a plane that is normal to the waveguide axis x and moves with velocity u. The electromagnetic signal propagates from the empty side of the waveguide
