Abstract :
A numerical model is proposed for propagation waves in turbulent flow liquids, gases and plasmas. The problem of a traveling wave through flow with an inhomogeneous profile of velocity and concentration of turbulence is solved. The multiple scattering of waves on the inside surfaces of turbulent bodies of the cone and paraboloid is investigated. A comparison is made of the results of calculations with experimental data obtained by ultrasonic and electromagnetic sounding of turbulent flow water and plasma. Transfer of the signal in an oscillator neural network with flexible stochastic connections is considered. The process of synchronization of an oscillator neural network external electromagnetic field is investigated
