Abstract :
Dielectric and metal powders have been developed using chemical precipitation and coating technology to produce materials suitable for next generation multilayer ceramic capacitor technology. These materials address the issues of electrode delamination in parts with many thin dielectric layers, as well as the problem of increasing dissipation factor with decreasing layer thickness
