Abstract :
This paper proposes a tourism destination tourist satisfaction evaluation model on the basis of importance by applying variable precision rough set theory. The model has a very good ability to adapt to the noise data. When processing the data, it doesn´t need the supply of prior information outside the data; but, just based on the importance of the various attributes, it can determine the weights of attributes, and then can calculate the tourist satisfaction index. The research shows that the method has greatly improved the accuracy of the weights set of satisfaction, and made up for the defects of large subjectivity because of the need of the prior knowledge in the existing methods. It provides a good idea and effective method for the evaluation of tourist satisfaction in tourism destination.
