  • Abstract
Low voltage analog circuit design (<1.5 V supply) will be critical for future ultra-short channel CMOS technologies which require low supply voltages. A new transconductor is presented that works with a 1.4 V supply and has superior power supply rejection. Scaling of the transconductor suggests possible operation at 1.1 V in <0.5 μm CMOS processes. Improved power supply rejection is verified through simulations and measurements. In addition, feedback-based measurements of differential-mode gain, common-mode gain, and cross-mode gains for the transconductors are shown
