Abstract
To investigate the best minimally invasive treatment of urinary bladder stone. March 2006 ~ September 2010 China-Japan union hospital of Jilin University had treated 55 patients who had urinary bladder stones, of which 38 patients were treated by percutaneous bladder stone lithotripsy, 17 patients by transurethral bladder stone lithotripsy. All operations were completed successfully, the simple bladder stone lithotripsy consume 30~90 min, an average of 55min. No residual stones, bladder perforation, severe bleeding happened, transurethral operation consume more time, after the removal of indwelling catheter, patients who accepted transurethral operations had urethra discomfort, the operation time decided the severity of discomfort. All patients were followed up 6 months. No bladder stones recurred, urethral discomfort in patients completely disappeared. Percutaneous lithotripsy of bladder stones to avoid the operation through the urethra, bladder stones is a good minimally invasive therapy.
