Abstract
Both rough recurrence and stochasticity are characteristic features of time changeability of many electromagnetic phenomena. Investigations of stochastic oscillations on the basis of nonstationary random processes of certain classes-periodically correlated, bi-, poly-, and almost periodically correlated-contribute to a wider understanding of oscillation physics. The authors study the probabilistic structure of stochastic recurrence phenomena on the basis of periodically correlated random processes. They develop the methodology and discuss application to the investigation of the probabilistic structure of physical processes
