Abstract :
The obesity was an important factor that affected the healthy growth of young people seriously, which aroused wide spread concern in the community. In this research, comprehensive interventions with exercise training, nutrition and psychology were applied to investigate blood pressure, blood lipid of simple obesity of young people. The blood pressure and lipid were reduced significantly by the cross-intervention with nutrition and exercise training, nutrition, psychology and exercise training. However, psychological intervention for the obese adolescents also could reduce the blood pressure and lipid during weight loss, but the decrease of this action was not reach statistically significant level.
