Abstract
The single transistor switch power converter with D2 conversion ratio, which can provide a wider conversion range, is used to construct a laboratory power supply. This converter has a simpler configuration compared with the cascade one. Since this quadratic power converter may have multimode operations, the mathematical approach to analyze this converter will be very involved. Therefore, novel SPICE models are developed to analyze this quadratic converter under various operation conditions. The validity of these SPICE models is verified by experiments
