Abstract

The Center for Electronics Manufacturing was created at North Carolina A&T State University under a contract from the Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) C4I Logistics and Readiness Center (LRC). This paper describes the facilities, outlines the statement of objectives and technical proposal, and describes the activity schedule: preliminary analysis of current electronics manufacturing technology; development of the database; the setting up of the Electronics Manufacturing Center; and development of thick-film ceramic hybrids
