Research of mobile government based on multi-modal platform with unified engine

With the development of wireless communications and mobile computing technology, information science and technology brings the great impact on all aspects of life. Nowadays with the rapid development of the electronic government (E-Government) and the widespread use of mobile technologies (M-Technologies), such as mobile phones, PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) and laptops to connect to wireless networks has enabled governments to transform from E-Government to mobile government (M-Government). How can we use the various existing E-Government systems to generate new M-Government systems at a moment which can be used by mobile devices in a convenient way. M-government improves work condition and efficiency. Government can work online office. This paper just brings forward a conception which provides a unified engine to transform the present system to mobile devices in multi-modal platform with seamless transfer.
