Abstract :
The analysis formulas of electric field produced by horizontal static dipole in shallow sea are derived based on which within whole spaces. Some calculations and analysis are made to catch out the propagation characteristics of dipole. Then the dipole´s fixed position problem in the sea is discussed. The result indicates the regular characteristic of the electric field of horizontal static dipole in shallow sea, and it can be used in the extrapolation of the static electric field work.
