Abstract :
Magnetic fluids hyperthermia (MFH) is studied in the paper. Based the desired magnetic field, the structure and size of the magnetic field device is designed. The magnetic field device is C type iron core. Coils are wound on the iron core. Magnetic fluids in the air gap are heated by alternating magnetic field. Vitro experiment is carried out. The magnetic fluids heating rate is 0.125°C/min, which is meeting the requirements of hyperthermia. The intelligent temperature control system with microcontroller AT89C51 is practiced. The system will managed and adjust when the temperature is lower or higher, and the temperature will be always maintained at the required temperature range of hyperthermia.
