Abstract :
Low noise active integrated antenna has been developed for wireless communication. This LNAIA has been designed and simulated using CAD tools (HP-ADS) around 1.88 GHz. The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristic of the patch antenna in terms of its integration to the low noise amplifier (LNA) compared to the conventional approach. In this research a gain investigation has been implemented between the LNAIA and the system itself as a separate devices without any integration. The final measurement has proven that LNAIA gave better gain performance than non-LNAIA
