Abstract
In this paper we compute ℓ∞ and ℓ1 induced norm bounds of switched linear systems. In particular, we concentrate on certain types of such systems, namely output switching, input switching, and combinations thereof, and we provide exact gains for the worst case switching. As an application of the input output approach of the paper, we consider the problem of sensitivity minimization and show that it is convex in the Youla et.al.-Kucera parameter.
