  • Abstract
Through the biochemical detection (LA, CK, PFK, PK)of 40 testing athletes who taking quantitative FDP and placebo before anaerobictraining, 2hours after anaerobictraining and next morning, observe the actual results of anti-fatigue, the promotion of fatigue recovery and to further explore its mechanism. The result shows, taking FDP can promote glycolysis, quicken eliminate LA, promotion composing of hepatin; reduce CK evidently after anaerobictraining; taking exogenous FDP can also promote the resumption of the activity of PFK And at the same time, CK and LA of the Control group are significantly higher than the experimental group, that indicate taking exogenous FDP has obvious role in anti-fatigue after anaerobictraining.
