Abstract :
The process of the raw rubber drying affects the subsequent procedure in the rubber industry. The rate of dehydration is always not matching the standard when using fuzzy controller to dry the raw rubber. Unifies in the fuzzy drying process the interpolation calculation, may simplify the design of fuzzy control table. The operation and analysis show that the intelligent control system based on the interpolation algorithm has the dynamic response, small overshoot, the higher steady state quality, non static difference, strong robustness and so on.
