Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, multi-disciplinary theory and the "discarded, and innovation" speculative view on the history of Traditional Ethnic Minority Sports Development, present and future development of the plight of the three dimensions of the problems. Put forward the guidance of scientific outlook on development to meet the needs of modern self-development and social development as the goal, attention to the content transmission mechanism and the coordinating role of culture, and gradually build diversified development modes for, designed to Traditional Sports " globalization "the development of the context of operational results, so that the save" nationality ", based on active participation in the world sports culture of dialogue and exchange, and fitness with Chinese characteristics, system and building a harmonious society to play a more for the active and important role.
