Research on innovative financing for China´S Forestry Cooperatives

This paper analyzes the financing situation of china´s Forestry Cooperative, based on Fujian and Hainan province, and analyzes the internal reasons for difficulties in financing. This paper also illustrates that the core problem of capital formation is the interests conflicts between members (as user or supplier) and investors in cooperative, in order to resolve this internal contradiction, forestry cooperatives need to innovate. Then, this paper analyzes and evaluates capital sources and innovation of forestry cooperatives in some developed countries, and inputs improvement of cooperation system based on the characteristics of china´s forest, such as one person more votes, increase reserve funds, actively develop the stock cooperative; strengthen cooperation credit and the relative supervise; let forestry cooperative with some bank function and so on, all of these provide valuable insights and lessons for other developing countries.
