Abstract :
To investigate the subtype of CTX-M-type extended-spectrum β-lactamase encoding gene and to research the resistance of Klebsiella pneumonia in Jilin Urban Area, and analysis the epidemiological aspect of CTX-M-producing isolates. PCR was used to detect CTX-M encoding gene in 118 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Disc diffusion method was used to determine 14 kinds of antibiotics resistance for positive isolates. Arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction (AP-PCR) technique was used to type CTX-M producing isolates, and the fingerprinting profiles were produced according to the number and size of DNA bands. PCR amplification of 118 strains, 25 strains with CTX-M genotypes, account for 21.19%; which CTX-M-1 of 13 (11.02%); CTX-M-9 of 16 (13.56%); both with CTX-M-1 and CTX-M-9 of 4 strains (3.39%); CTX-M-2, CTX-M-8 and the CTX-M-25 were negative. 25 CTX-M positive strains were multidrug resistant (≥=53 antibiotics). The highest serviceability ratio of bacteria is in turn erythromycin (100%), cefotaxime (92%), ampicillin (92%), tetracyclin (88%). The lower rate of imipenem (4%) was susceptible to meropenem. There were 13 RAPD types in 26 isolates of 25 strains of CTX-M positive bacteria. CTX-M type extended spectrum β-lactamases of Klebsiella pneumoniae as multiple drug-resistant bacteria, CTX-M enzymes are certainly colony spreading.
