Abstract

According to the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise, the efficiency of the human resources development and utilization in the manufacturing enterprise was analyzed. The five input indexes and the five output indexes were identified. The human resources efficiency evaluation indexes system was established. The necessary data were collected. The data envelopment analysis model was used to evaluate the efficiency. The calculation results were analyzed. The rationalization suggestions were put forward for the manufacturing enterprise. Application of data envelopment analysis in the human resources development and utilization is significant for the management of the manufacturing enterprise. The data envelopment analysis model establishment process and the result analysis were introduced.
