Abstract :
With the development of information system (IS) projects, it is an important problem to how to evaluate the flexible degree of enterprise information system. Firstly, this paper discusses the meaning of information system flexibility of enterprises, presents a three-dimension model of flexibility, and structures the flexibility granularity and the evaluation index system of information system flexibility. The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is analyzed step by step secondly. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the whole process of IS flexibility evaluation. Result of research has shown that this method is very effective.
