Abstract

Aiming at the status of the provincial labor and social security services business and the problems need to be resolved, this paper put forwards the data interactive mode of the inter-departmental information among multiple information systems. and proposes a intelligent switching platform, based on it, designs a provincial labor and social security customer service system. Moreover, discusses the composition, logic, architecture and functions of the system in detail. This system integrates data from various of information systems that have been established. It provides a steady and reliable data and information for the service system and ensures the system scalability.
