Abstract :
In this paper, the outsourced and collaborative manufacturing now account for one-fifth of the global electronics and high technology manufacturing market. Being the first-to-market is an important determining success factor for the private exchange model. By entering and establishing this model early in the game, a company can create the business process for which they are best suited.
