Abstract
In recent years, a steady increase in the volume of student and teaching staff mobility throughout the five continents is seen. In a new context of teaching-learning process where students are an active element, we paid attention to the use of a Learning Agreement offered to students of different nationalities. The purpose of a Learning Agreement is to help students understand their role in the overall process and fix objectives, methodologies and work.
