Abstract :
Telemedicine is an innovative step in health care technology. Benefits can be reaped only if there is an efficient and effective Electronic Health Record System (EHRS). Rwanda lacks a centralized EHRS and tracking of the outbreak of the diseases. We propose a Scalable System data warehouse based Architecture for EHRS, which can comply with the Electronic Health Record Architecture Standards. Proposed architecture is effective that it suits the needs of the existing system and can analyse the data, alert the occurrence of diseases.
