Abstract :
This paper researches on the non-English postgraduates English learning in universities of science and engineering in Hebei province through questionnaire surveys and experts´ evaluation. Then with an assessment system of postgraduates English teaching based on AHP it establishes, the paper evaluates 5 universities in Hebei province and proposes the corresponding suggestions.
