Abstract :
To overcome the phase error caused by the partial intensity saturation in phase measuring profilometry, this paper studies the relative phase error caused by partial saturation. Moreover, an improved algorithm for phase reconstruction with partial saturated intensity is proposed. Compared with other phase-recovering methods, the improved algorithm is not limited to saturation coefficient. Finally the simulation results validate the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
