  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a configurable and scalable application gateway model which is mainly used to communicate between the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system and business systems and handle business in call center. At the same time, it adds the intelligent learning functions to provide more smart services for the system. Advantage of this model, the call center is designed for housing fund management center. The design and logic structure of the application gateway is described in detail. Practice has proved that the application gateway can help the call center run steadily and reliably, the functions and area of the call center is expanded.
