Abstract :
The advent of knowledge economics century has led to knowledge management full of vitality. But many knowledge management (KM) writings or activities emphasize KM software implementation. That focuses on building a knowledge warehouse and IT functions. Few papers discussed the KM framework from knowledge flow. This paper establishes the KM framework for MXIC OTRB/IE from the general KM flow and provides a effective knowledge architecture and management mechanism to improve knowledge flow.
