  • Abstract
    Based on visual servo technology, for the ldquoselection of bamboo striprdquo production process of bamboo flooring, a set of online detection and sorting system of bamboo strip was developed. The system which consists of mechanical device module, image acquisition and processing module, control modules, can adapt to the all specifications of bamboo strip existing on the market, can be effective for the elimination of bamboo strip with defects and color sorting task of qualified bamboo strip. The method of image inspection can detect the major defects on the bamboo strip´s surface, and distinguish the color of the main-used surface of qualified bamboo strip. Through experimental algorithm, it can meet online testing requirements in the processing enterprises of bamboo flooring.
