  • Abstract
We report a novel application of FBG technology in Fibre Optic Low Coherence Interferomery, that is, interferometer light spectral reshaping. The resultant spectral shape yields a two-fold (rounded) improvement in axial resolution without significantly affecting signal-to-noise ratio.
