Abstract :
A new method is proposed to provide to estimation direction arrival of signal received without any Doppler frequency information. The paper propose and analyze a new algorithm called adaptive blind Doppler estimate algorithm based on Doppler orthogonalized. The efficient of algorithm is confirmed by theory analyze and computer simulations.
