Abstract :
The paper contributes to the understanding of bifurcation control of axial flow compressor stall phenomena. A high-gain feedback control design is presented that results in maximum steady-state pressure rise for a range of operating conditions beyond the surge line. Analysis and numerical results are presented to support the conclusions
