Abstract :
A multichannel chirped fibre grating (MCFG) having a 1/f dispersion profile is designed and fabricated. This application-specific MCFG is utilised with wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) to generate both in-phase and quadrature microwave signals over wide bandwidth.
