Abstract :
The characteristics of the 16-channel mechanically scanned radiometric imaging system, which have been developed in 8-mm wave band, are discussed. Radiometric sensors were designed using straight receivers with input low-noise amplifiers operated in frequency band 33 to 38 GHz. The system produced a field-of-view 90° × 160° during 10 second interval
