In the April 2013 issue of IEEE Control Systems Magazine, IEEE Control Systems Society 2013 President Yutaka Yamamoto discussed methods for improving the quality of presentations delivered at control conferences [1]. This column considers a related topic, which is how to improve the writing quality of papers in control theory.
