Abstract :
New EDA tools are needed all the time. Old approaches are running out of steam with changing technologies, nonlinear interactions and "new economy" issues. Integration at the flow level is needed i.e. design and library data transport and movement of the "meaning" of the design. The EAMRI program is discussed
