Abstract
Today´s control problems and future trends for their solution are discussed. The focus is on industrial uses of electronic controls for hydraulic actuators. The controls and improvements for analog electronics are discussed. Open-loop problems and closed-loop control problems are examined. The natural frequency of the actuator and the phase lag of the servo proportional valve are also discussed.<>
