Abstract :
This paper studies the factors of affecting consumers´ satisfaction in BtoC E-commerce. The factor model of satisfaction is constructed on the basis of theoretical research and china´s reality. And the model is tested by LISREL8.7. This paper also puts forward the suggestions of promoting the consumers´ satisfaction.
