Abstract :
In this paper, after analyzing the dynamic and multistate reliability characteristic of mechatronic-hydraulic product, a method for design of dynamic and multi-state reliability simulation platform for mechatronic-hydraulic product is proposed, then the main function and framework of the platform is represented. The two key techniques (the integration and interface of CAD/CAE) and its solution methods are discussed. Finally, one illustrative example is carried out to validate the performance of this platform. This platform can carry out dynamic and multi-state reliability analysis of mechatronic-hydraulic product, and will be significant for engineering practicability.
