Abstract :
Considering mechanical components faults are fuzzy and uncertainty, the method of fault tree analysis and fuzzy theory are adopted in fault analysis for planetary steering gear in track-laying vehicle. Using fault tree analysis method, the damage parts which causing steering fault, spraying oil, oil spill etc. can be purposefully searched. For planetary steering gear, firstly, the fault source is found, then copula theory is applied to the planetary steering gear reliability prediction, further, the incidence of the minimum cut sets is calculated by fuzzy membership function. Finally, the planetary steering gear reliability is forecasted by gumbel copula function, which is a new reliability analyzing method formechanism.
